This is a three-month commitment requiring two months of continuous sobriety to lead. ​​​​​​​​​​​​​Morning Meditation Meetings are only 20 minutes and include reading the Daily Reflection and Big Book pgs.86-88 followed by a 15-minute silent  meditation.
